Dear Sustainable Energy Joint Meeting (SEM) Members:

In order for the SEM to access electric and natural gas account information, it will be necessary for you to fully complete an electric release form as well as a Natural Gas Form, which have been posted on this website for your use.  Each of these forms requires that you provide account numbers for each service address.  Sample release forms for electric and natural gas have also been posted.  In order to accommodate multiple account numbers and service addresses, we have provided a supplemental SEM Utility Summary Sheet for you to list your service addresses and account numbers. 

Account Numbers should be taken off the public entity?s MOST RECENT bill in order to avoid any confusion with any recent Account Number changes/restructuring by your Utility Company.

If you are in either the PSE&G or JCP&L territory, please note the following:

     Public entities in the PSE&G Territory will need to submit their 10 Digit Account Number as well as their 20 Digit POD ID Number for each account. This number can be found on page three of your PSE&G bill. (sample bill)

Public entities in the JCP&L Territory will need to submit their 12 digit Account Number as well as their 20 Digit Customer Number for each account. This number can be found on page 3 of your JCP&L bill. (sample bill)

Sample utility bills have been posted that identify where account numbers, POD ID numbers (where applicable), Customer Numbers (where applicable), and service address information is located on your utility bill. 

Members should return all completed paperwork (Electric Release Forms, Natural Gas Release Forms, and Utility Summary Sheets) as soon as possible to:
